The materials appearing in Feedc could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Feedc LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on Feedc are accurate, complete or current. Feedc LLC may make changes to the materials contained in Feedc at any time without notice. However Feedc LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Feedc LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Feedc LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Once you upload or post something on Feedc we do not claim the ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it. Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the Service. Instead, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings).
